Reporting a non-urgent problem in your municipality

The Voilà application allows citizens to notify the municipality of non-urgent problems, such as potholes or broken lampposts. This allows citizens to get involved in helping solve problems within their neighborhoods.

How do I report a problem?

Locate it. Use the geolocation feature on the map or write down the street address near the problem.

Take a photo. Select the nature of the problem from a predefined list, add a description and take a photo.

Send it in. Voilà sends your request to the municipality for you!

Your cell phone becomes a powerful tool for instant communication with your municipality.

The more reports, the more notifications the municipality will receive.
