Procédure à suivre pour l’achat d’un terrain municipal
Pour faire l’achat d’un des terrains mis en vente par la municipalité, vous devez :
- Écrire une lettre d’intention d’acheter à l’attention du conseil municipal de Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, en spécifiant le # du lot concerné;
- Joindre à votre lettre un chèque certifié couvrant 10% du prix de vente (non remboursable à moins de refus de vendre par le conseil);
- Après l’approbation de votre proposition d’achat par le conseil municipal, vous aurez 30 jours pour compléter votre dossier auprès du notaire de votre choix afin de procéder au transfert de propriété.
*Le conseil se réserve le droit de refuser toute proposition d’achat. Si tel est le cas, votre chèque vous sera retourné.
