Environment Day

All citizens of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge are invited to the 2018 Environment Day!

Friday, May 18, from 2 pm to 7 pm

On the grounds of the City Hall, at 88, rue des Érables in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge

Distribution of free plants

Once again, as part of Tree and Forest Month, trees will be distributed free of charge by the Municipality, in collaboration with the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks (MFFP) and the 4-H Clubs of Quebec, to contribute to the restoration of our lakes’  and rivers’ shorelines, as well as to the embellishment of our territory.

In the same vein, native perennials will also be offered. All will be entitled to trees and ornamental plants, and riparian residents will also be able to leave with native plants adapted to shorelines environments. Note that these plants will be available in limited quantities, so first come, first served!
