The Village Rivière Rouge du Canton de Grenville housing development property owners’ association is a non-profit organization (NPO) created in 1997. All property owners are required to be members under the terms of their purchase agreement.
Food baskets are distributed every Thursday morning at 435 rue Principale, Calumet sector. Donations of money or non-perishable food items are welcome. To register for baskets, go to the Food Bank office on a Thursday morning, 435, rue Principale, Calumet sector.

Every year, the Club organizes a number of equestrian activities which all members are invited to attend.

The Ma santé en valeur (My Health in Mind) committee was set up in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge in 2012. As part of a regional plan initiated by the MRC d’Argenteuil for the promotion of healthy lifestyles, the committee addresses a number of health-related issues.
Bonne santé bonne bouffe: Created in 2013, this intergenerational activity aims to promote healthy eating habits, stimulate children’s curiosity and autonomy with regard to food, and encourage social ties throughout the community and across generations. Come meet us and enjoy a tasty, healthy, economical meal prepared together. The group of volunteers visits a different community centre on the last Saturday of each month, combining children’s activities with community cooking.
Collective kitchens: The goal of the collective kitchens is to provide support for individuals who feel isolated or who are going through a difficult period in their lives. A social, community-oriented activity that brings people together.
Community gardens: Another Ma Santé en Valeur initiative. Groups of citizens organize gardens in several sectors across the municipality.
The Little Sweethearts of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge (children aged 0-5 and parents) get together every week from 10-11:30 am. Free activity offering socialization and educational games.
Tervete is a Latvian cultural community. Founded by the Trinity Latvian Church in Montréal in 1957, it acts as a hub of Latvian activity, culture and life for generations of families.
