Family and Senior Policy

After more than two years of efforts and with the support of the Ministère de la Famille, the Secrétariat aux aînés and the MRC d’Argenteuil, families and seniors will finally have the chance to learn more about the action plan derived directly from their needs and the ideas expressed during various public consultations. This policy will consolidate a number of actions such as introducing a municipal recreation program, increasing the number of activities for seniors and families at the municipal libraries and continuing to support the development of alternative food security measures for families and seniors living below the low-income threshold, to name just a few.
